I thought your service was out of this world. I was having a problem resetting the print cartridge levels etc. in my Canon MX494.

I used the product the same way they stated on the YouTube video and had ZERO issues even used the printing tips AND IM IMPRESSED WITH HOW EASY AND INEXPENSIVE IT WAS it's well worth the money and effort (Posted on 2/26/2018)

Received kit on time Fast Followed instructions and worked perfect couldn't ask for anything better The only mistake I made was not wear Gloves DUH They even included one in the kit. I requested info on how to install the ink into the cartridges. the bch support site gave me clear and accurate instructions and the ink cartridges are working fine. the prices are great too, will definitely purchase from bch again.
