Checked Bag: Pack as Much Ink as You Need

The TSA encourages passengers to pack printer ink products in their checked luggage. There is no limit to the size or amount of liquid items for checked baggage. BCH ink is non-toxic, no flammable and there is no problem to put them in checked luggage. However, TSA forbids flammable liquids and dangerous chemicals. To avoid confusion, you can print a copy of BCH's MSDS data sheet and put it on top of our ink product (https://support.bchtechnologies.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/200943739/BCH_MSDS_Dye.pdf)

3-1-1 Carry-on Policy: One Small Refill Kit

The TSA 3-1-1 policy limits the amount of liquid permitted in carry-on luggage to a single, quart-size bag filled with 3.4 oz. or smaller containers of liquid per passenger. The bag must be clear and plastic with a zip top, and all liquid containers must fit comfortably inside the bag with the zipper closed. Remove the bag of liquids from your carry-on bag and place it in a security bin to be X-rayed separately upon arrival at the TSA security checkpoint. If you want to carry on one of our 30 ml ink refill kits, it should go through without a problem.
